Chocolate Bundt Cake
Ingredients
-- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
-- 1/2 cup rum (or milk)
-- 4 eggs
-- 1 regular size box instant chocolate pudding
-- 1/2 cup oil
-- 2 cups chocolate chips
-- 1 box Duncan Hines Devil's Food Cake mix
-- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips together thoroughly. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 60–65 minutes. Cool 1/2 hour in pan, then remove from pan. Let stand overnight. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
