Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • -- 1/2 cup brewed coffee

  • -- 1/2 cup rum (or milk)

  • -- 4 eggs

  • -- 1 regular size box instant chocolate pudding

  • -- 1/2 cup oil

  • -- 2 cups chocolate chips

  • -- 1 box Duncan Hines Devil's Food Cake mix

  • -- 1 cup sour cream


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips together thoroughly. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 60–65 minutes. Cool 1/2 hour in pan, then remove from pan. Let stand overnight. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
