Chocolate Crinkles

Ingredients

  • -- sifted powdered sugar

  • -- 2 tsp baking powder

  • -- 2 cups flour

  • -- 2 tsp vanilla

  • -- 3 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled

  • -- 3 eggs

  • -- 1 1/2 cups sugar

  • -- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • -- 1/4 cup milk


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine first 4 ingredients; beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in milk. Stir flour and baking powder together and then stir them into egg mixture. Chill until thoroughly cold. Using about a tablespoon of dough for each, shape into balls; roll in powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
