Double Chocolate Rebels

Ingredients

  • -- 1 egg, beaten

  • -- 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • -- 1 cup flour

  • -- 6 oz chocolate chips

  • -- 1/2 tsp salt

  • -- 1 1/2 cup sugar

  • -- 1 tsp vanilla

  • -- 1 1/4 cup oleo (or butter)

  • -- 6 tbsp cocoa

  • -- 1/4 cup oats


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Sift dry ingredients (except oats & chocolate chips). Whisk wet ingredients together and add dry ingredients gradually. Add in oats and chocolate chips and mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto a lined cookie sheet. Bake for 12–14 minutes. May be sprinkled with sugar.
