Lemon Bars
Ingredients
-- 2 tbsp lemon juice (for filling)
-- 1/2 cup softened butter
-- 2 tbsp flour (for filling)
-- 1 cup sugar (for filling)
-- 1 tbsp lemon zest (for filling)
-- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
-- 1/2 tsp baking powder (for filling)
-- 1 cup flour
-- 2 eggs, beaten (for filling)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine the crust ingredients and pat into an ungreased 8-inch square pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Beat filling ingredients together until frothy. Pour over the crust and bake at for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
