Ranger Cookies

Ingredients

  • -- 2 cups flour

  • -- 1 cup shredded coconut

  • -- 2 cups oats

  • -- 1/2 to 1 tsp salt

  • -- 1 cup brown sugar

  • -- 1 cup sugar

  • -- 2 eggs

  • -- 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • -- 1 tsp baking soda

  • -- 1 cup margarine or butter

  • -- 2 cups rice krispies or corn flakes

  • -- 1 tsp vanilla


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream margarine and sugars, add eggs, vanilla, and oats. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, and salt; blend with margarine mixture. Blend in cereal and coconut, mix well. Drop by tablespoon on greased or parchment paper lined pan. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
