Ranger Cookies
Ingredients
-- 2 cups flour
-- 1 cup shredded coconut
-- 2 cups oats
-- 1/2 to 1 tsp salt
-- 1 cup brown sugar
-- 1 cup sugar
-- 2 eggs
-- 1/2 tsp baking powder
-- 1 tsp baking soda
-- 1 cup margarine or butter
-- 2 cups rice krispies or corn flakes
-- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream margarine and sugars, add eggs, vanilla, and oats. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, and salt; blend with margarine mixture. Blend in cereal and coconut, mix well. Drop by tablespoon on greased or parchment paper lined pan. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
