Grandma Hiller's Apple Butter

Ingredients

  • -- 4 lbs sugar

  • -- 2 tbsp cinnamon

  • -- 12 lbs apples


Instructions

Combine the cooked apples with the sugar and cinnamon until thick and reddish, preferably in the oven. This will take several hours. Place in hot canning jars and process for 10 minutes.
