24-hour Layered Salad
Ingredients
-- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
-- 1 1/2 quart shredded lettuce, sprinkled with salt, pepper, and sugar
-- 2 cups mayo
-- 1 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
-- 1 red onion, chopped
-- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
-- 10 oz. frozen peas, thawed and drained
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a large bowl with lettuce first, then tomatoes, peas, cheese, eggs, and onion, ending with the mayo spread evenly across the top.
