Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
-- butter
-- 3/4 cup mayo
-- 1 can mushroom soup
-- 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
-- 2 eggs
-- 1 chopped onion
-- 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
-- 4 oz grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix the broccoli, soup, eggs, cheese, mayo, and onion and pour into a casserole dish or other baking pan. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at for about 30 minutes (until bubbly).
