Spinach, Brie, and Walnut Salad

Ingredients
-- 8 cups baby spinach leaves
-- 1 cup carrots, diced
-- 1-2 scallions, green part only, chopped
-- 1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar (for dressing)
-- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
-- salt and pepper to taste (for dressing)
-- 6 oz brie cheese, diced, at room temperature
-- 1/4 cup olive oil (for dressing)
Instructions
Assemble salad. Whisk together the dressing ingredients until blended, and drizzle over salad.
